I am a collage and assemblage artist creating work from primarily recycled and salvaged materials in San Francisco. My work evokes nostalgia for and from an era gone by while honoring what is old and giving it a new perspective. My pieces encompass images that replicate the past and objects that authenticate it. I create small worlds that become story tellers, dream interpreters and memory inducers. They are lyrical and flicker along to their own silent film. None take themselves too seriously but are intended to raise an eyebrow and twist a smirk out of a smile.
